With more than 35 years experience in Employee Benefits, Michael and his team consult with companies to develop employee benefit design and administration. Currently, they work with and service more than 200 clients. He is also licensed in Life, Health, Annuity, and Long Term Care.
With a clear focus on the critical importance of employee benefits to help companies compete in an aggressive marketplace, Michael approaches each company as a unique enterprise. That provides the foundation to design a benefits package specifically tailored to each business and its employees. “This is not a once-and-done endeavor.” Employee benefits need to be actively managed to address current and future needs.
Michael has chaired fundraising committees for Alzheimer’s Association of DE, Salesianum School, Delaware Hospice, and Beat the Beast.

SCOTT TUOZZOLO
ESTATE PLANNING ARCHITECT
Scott Tuozzolo is the Agency Principal for Income and Estate Planning Partners in Newark, DE. Scott has been in the insurance and financial services business for more than 25 years.
His focus on helping business owners identify and mitigate risk through comprehensive planning is a main focus of his practice. He holds his L/A/H and P&C Insurance Licenses in DE, MD, PA, NJ, and CT. In addition, he has his series 6,7,24,26,51, and 63 licenses. He has held positions in Sales and Sales Management for companies such as MetLife, Allstate, and Penn Mutual.
Prior to getting into the insurance and financial services business, Scott taught high school English and coached football and baseball in both CT and DE.
He has been married to his wife Colleen for 30 years and they have two sons, Brandon 28 and Connor 24.
